Sai Shakti Meditation & Healing

Sai Shakti Meditation is a spiritual practice based on the philosophy and teachings of Sri Kaleshwar, a modern Indian spiritual teacher. It combines ancient Vedic traditions with techniques, that have been made accessible for today. The goal of Sai Shakti Meditation is to activate inner energy (Shakti), promote spiritual growth, and establish a deeper connection, to higher levels of consciousness and divine energies.

Core elements of Sai Shakti meditation:

Working with Cosmic Energy: Meditation focuses on channeling the energy from the universal source and using it for personal healing, spiritual transformation and awakening of the higher self.

Mantras and Sacred Sounds: Certain mantras and sounds, derived from ancient Vedic scriptures, are used to activate the energy centers (chakras) and clear blockages.

Sacred Symbols and Yantras: Meditation can incorporate sacred geometric symbols (yantras) that serve as tools for concentration and energy balancing.

Unity of body, mind and soul: Through regular practice, a harmonious balance between body, mind and soul is sought.

Transformation and Healing: Sai Shakti Meditation is often viewed as a tool for personal and collective healing. It helps to release old emotional patterns and energetic blockages.

Connection with the Divine: This practice emphasizes the experience of love, peace, and connection with the divine, often in the form of Sai Baba or other spiritual guidance.

Goal of meditation:

Sai Shakti meditation aims to achieve the state of “Sat-Chit-Ananda” (Truth, Consciousness and Bliss), where the practitioner rests in deep peace, clarity and connection with universal truth.

The practice is in-depth and is often learned under the guidance of a teacher who is familiar with the relevant techniques.
