Ayurveda Retreat

13-17 September 2023

with Shajeer Kizhakkekara and Alessia Lenoci

13-17 SETTEMBRE 2023_german-01.jpg

Ayurveda is a path to revitalise the physical and subtle body through the balance of the 5 natural elements:

Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Ether.

In collaboration with Tribalosophy and under the guidance of Shajeer Kizhakkekara, the program is based on the ancient Ayurveda wisdom.

To ensure maximum care and personalisation, this program is open to a limited number of participants.

Every day is dedicated to one of the 5 natural elements.

Own archetypal energies of each element explore and flow through movement and breath in the body and with the morning yogic breathing practice, they are subsequently crystallised in the process of awakening and strengthening the qualities connected to them, thanks to the space of pranayama and meditation.

According to Ayurveda, 5 natural elements - Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Ether, are the basis of all cosmic creation, including our body. Interacting with each other, the five elements give birth to 3 Doshas - Vata, Pitta and Kapha. From the combination of these three key principles, comes the formation of the universe and the constitution of each individual in his own psychosomatic structure. The three Doshas must always be in harmony, because their balance or imbalance determines the quality of our physical and mental well-being. The intrinsic connection between the individual and the cosmos – aspect which unites Ayurveda with the spiritual science of Yoga, means that the knowledge of the visible and invisible states of our body also brings us into harmony with the universe of life and consciousness.

5 Day Program € 1.400,- all inclusive

Shajeer Kizhakkekara

Born and raised in Kerala, India, he has always been passionate about Ayurveda, Yoga and Vedic Astrology.

Since 2008 he is co-founder and director of the Vedaguru Center in Wayanad (Kerala).

The center was founded with the intention of promoting the spread of the ancient science of Ayurveda through courses and adventure trips.

A love of knowledge led Shajeer to connect with and spend significant time with the tribal communities living in the forest. There he received ancient knowledge passed down orally from the spiritual head of the community.

The experience in the forest had shaped him enough to found Tribalosophy in Italy in 2019, an association through which he became the spokesman for his country's tribal culture in Europe.

In search of oneself and one's essence and values, Shajeer is a bridge between indigenous peoples and western culture. His aim is to create a connection between these two worlds.
